Welcome to the TauWear section of TauArtist.com. At TauWear, we take pride in delivering quality print-on-demand products to our customers. While each product is custom-made according to your specifications, we understand that issues can arise. Our Refund Policy is designed to address these concerns and ensure our customers remain satisfied.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon inspection and verification of the defect.

3. Wrong Size

If you receive a product that doesn’t fit as expected, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send out a replacement in the correct size. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

4. Non-refundable Items

  • Custom designs or personalized items unless they are defective.
  • Any product returned more than 14 days after delivery.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team at support@TauArtist.com explaining the issue and providing any relevant photos or documentation.
  • Wait for our response and approval.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with the address and instructions for return.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@TauArtist.com.
